The City of Mississauga has received a Development Application submission from the landowners at 2155 Leanne Boulevard, proposing new residential growth in the Sheridan area. The application plans for an 8‑storey residential rental building containing 203 units, along with 150 back‑to‑back townhomes. To allow the project to proceed, an Official Plan Amendment, Rezoning, and a draft plan of subdivision will be required.

To ensure the community is well‑informed and has an opportunity to share feedback, a Community Open House will be held on March 9th from 5:30pm to 7pm at Sheridan Mall. This session will give residents the chance to learn more about the proposal, ask questions, and engage directly with the builders.

All community members are encouraged to attend and participate in shaping the future of their neighbourhood.
