Councillor Joe Horneck is the City Councillor for Ward 6 and is one of my freshman colleagues this council term. While he is known on Council for trying to stretch every last dollar as far as it can go, he is a passionate advocate for his community. His passion for transit, community spaces, and safer streets is unparalleled and brings a needed strong voice to city council.
